Rental of Gaiety Hollow includes:
– Living Room/Dining Room with seating for up to 24
– Fully-equipped kitchen; self-catering allowed
– Private garden with seating
– Tables and chairs, large media screen and Wi-Fi

Gaiety Hollow is available year-round for day or evening events. The rental fee is $100 per hour. All set up and tear down/cleaning is the responsibility of the renter and proof of liability insurance requirements must be provided at renter’s expense.
